Refund Policy

One-Time Reports ($7.00)

If you are not satisfied with your report, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact legal@cvlifts.com with your order reference.

Pro Subscriptions ($9.90/month)

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for subscription payments are available within 7 days of the most recent charge. No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Email legal@cvlifts.com with your order reference. We process refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We do not provide refunds for reports that have been accessed and fully consumed, or for subscription charges older than 7 days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
