Data Collection

ResumeMatch is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not store your resume, job description, or analysis results on our servers. All processing is transient — once the analysis completes, the data is discarded from our systems. We do not require account creation for the free tier.

Third-Party Processing

To provide the AI analysis, your resume text and job description are transmitted to our AI service provider (Claude by Anthropic, accessed via API2D). These providers process the data solely to generate the analysis and do not retain it. For paid transactions, payment processing is handled by Creem (creem.io), our payment processor. Creem may collect payment information as described in their privacy policy.

Your Rights

Since we do not store your personal data, there is typically no data to delete. If you believe we hold any of your information, you have the right to request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies & Tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not collect personal information or share data beyond what is necessary to provide the AI analysis service.
